The 2013 season was a big one for the Wellington Saints, the populalrity of Basketball in New Zealand was at a high, the Breakers were killing it (and still are thanks to Mr Jackson). The Wellington Saints are centred around a solid family foundation, made up of, well, family – funnily enough. Those long-standing values, that unspoken code of conduct that was so clearly defined internally needed a brand that stood for the same thing.
For us it came down to an intense love and passion for the game, for the family and for the City. Using this as a starting point, it was imperative and pretty damn obvious that we needed to bring the fans to the forefront. From the corporates to the kids, they were going to be the heros this season, and what does every true fan need? Fanwear.
